What is CPRA?

The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) will take effect from January 1, 2023, and will apply to personal information collected on or after January 1, 2022. Enforcement of the CPRA will start six months later (July 1, 2023). The CPRA builds upon the CCPA, strengthening data privacy for California residents.
