Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), or Law No. 27 of 2022, is the primary data privacy legislation governing personal data protection in Indonesia. It was passed by the Indonesia House of Representatives on 20 September 2022 and entered into force on 17 October 2022.
