CCPA Compliance

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) was signed into law on June 28, 2018 and is effect since January 01, 2020. Often compared to GDPR, CCPA protects consumers from mismanagement of their personal data and gives the consumer control over what data is collected, processed, shared or sold.

The solution

Securiti enables organizations to meet CCPA compliance requirements through AI-driven PI data discovery, DSR automation, documented accountability, enhanced visibility into data processing activities and AI-driven process automation.
