Article 35: Identification Numbers & Lists of Notified Bodies | EU AI Act

Article 35 of the AI Act contains information on ID numbers and lists of notified bodies.

The European Commission is required to assign a single identification number to each notified body, regardless of whether a body is notified under more than one EU act.

Additionally, the European Commission shall also make a publicly available list of bodies notified under the AI Act, containing information related to their identification numbers as well as the relevant activities for which they have been notified. The Commission shall ensure that this list is kept up to date.
