Article 32: Presumption of Conformity with Requirements Relating to Notified Bodies | EU AI Act

In cases where a conformity assessment body demonstrates its conformity with the criteria laid down in the relevant harmonized standards or parts thereof, which are referenced in the Official Journal of the European Union, such body shall be presumed to be in compliance with the requirements outlined in Article 31 of the EU’s AI Act as far as the applicable harmonized standards cover those requirements.
